Embroidered Valentine Botanicals Workshop with Robert Mahar
Join artist Robert Mahar in exploring the love language of flowers while adding embroidered color, texture and charm to vintage botanical imagery! Participants will learn embroidery basics alongside vintage floral illustrations from an 1896 volume. The workshop includes the creation of a uniquely embroidered textile that can serve as a wall hanging or a tea towel. All materials are provided.
WCC WAVES
WCC WAVES is a vibrant, single-day indoor show that showcases the best in vintage clothing, design, and housewares, featuring over 120 vendors including retailers, artist and designer craftspeople using reworked vintage materials, and those whose work is rooted in nostalgia. The event will be held at the Gateway Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco, promising a unique shopping experience for vintage lovers. Attendees of all ages are welcome to explore and shop from an eclectic selection of vintage goods, with food and drink offerings available on-site.
West Coast Craft
West Coast Craft features over 275 of the best artist and designer craftspeople working now at the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. The next indoor West Coast Craft event is scheduled for June 7 & 8, 2025, from 10 AM to 6 PM each day. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore and purchase handmade crafts from a diverse range of vendors. Admission is always free and open to the public, making it a family-friendly event suitable for attendees of all ages. Local food and beverage offerings will also be available.
