Join this movement-based class focused on improving core strength, posture, and balance. This class invites adults of all ages to practice safe and effective exercises that improve overall well-being and posture. Led by certified Pilates instructor Virginia Chatham, who incorporates her extensive training to enhance participants' experiences, you will learn techniques that can alleviate low back pain, enhance mobility, and boost confidence.
