About this event

Engage in supported yoga poses to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Create a routine that works while embracing community through shared practice. Chair yoga is a supportive and gentle way to increase flexibility, bone density, range of motion, body awareness, and mindfulness. Perfect for those with arthritis, mobility challenges, recovering from injury or those who want to learn with others. We’ll utilize a sequence of postures to help reeducate and realign the body, lessen stress and anxiety, assist with healing, increase stability and improve bone density and muscular strength. This class is taught by Robin Hall, a Yoga Instructor with a wealth of experience in adaptive yoga programs.
