Artist Day Schildkret reimagines the Passover Seder plate as an organic, immersive multimedia experience – featuring evocative tablescapes that explore the brokenness, grief, resilience and renewal of Jewish identity amid rising antisemitism. This installation transforms a familiar ritual into a powerful exploration of the emotional spectrum of being Jewish today, grappling with brokenness, grief, pride, and renewal. It invites us to contemplate the question at the heart of the seder: What makes this time different than all other times?
