San Francisco Ballet’s Meet the Artist pre-performance talks are back in the Opera House for the 2025 Repertory Season! Join us before Friday evening and Sunday matinee performances for an informative talk featuring dancers, choreographers, musicians, and other artists in conversation with a moderator. The interviews take place in the orchestra level 55 minutes before the performance starts. Open seating is in the orchestra level, but a performance ticket for that date is required to enter the Opera House to attend Meet the Artist interviews.

Idomeneo
Idomeneo, a captivating opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, tells the poignant story of Idomeneo, who faces a heart-wrenching decision to sacrifice his own son to the god Neptune after surviving a storm at sea. This new production by Lindy Hume presents a visually stunning and emotionally charged opera, exploring themes of duty, love, and sacrifice against the backdrop of Mozart's beautiful score. Audiences will experience the depth of this narrative intertwined with remarkable performances by acclaimed singers and a remarkable orchestral performance led by Music Director Eun Sun Kim. Performances for Idomeneo begin in June 2025.
