FAGJAZZ is a queer and trans POC-led collective based and founded in Oakland. Created for queer musicians/artists to connect, collaborate, and support each other outside of cisheteronormative spaces, FAGJAZZ hosts regular showcases, jams, workshops, and community hangs. The collective's first release, The Strayhorn Sessions Vol. 1, celebrates the life and music of one of the most cherished queer ancestors: Billy Strayhorn. Band Lineup: TBA.
