Join us at City Lights to celebrate Earth Day with author Malcolm Harris as he discusses his new book, 'What’s Left: Three Paths Through the Planetary Crisis,' published by Little, Brown and Company. This vital guide calls for collective political action against climate change, presenting strategies to avert a climate apocalypse through unity and progressive thought. The event will be held onsite and broadcast on Zoom, making it accessible to a broader audience. Registration is required.

Arion Press Craft Talk With Natalie Andrewson

Join Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture's resident organization, Arion Press, a fine art, handcrafted artist book publisher, for a "Craft Talk With Natalie Andrewson." This event features Riso printmaker Natalie Andrewson as the second speaker in the "Arion Press Craft Talk" series, where she discusses "Riso for Dreamers" and shares her creative process. The talk lasts 60 minutes, followed by a 20-minute audience Q&A, and is followed by a reception with light bites and a showcase of Andrewson’s work. The event takes place on May 1, 2025, in the Bayfront Theatre at Fort Mason Center.
