Join the Fort Mason Center’s resident organization, Arion Press, renowned for its handcrafted artist books, for immersive public tours. Visitors will experience the last operational hot metal type foundry and letterpress workshop under one roof in the United States. The 45-minute tours delve into the fascinating process of bookmaking and provide insights into current publishing projects. These tours take place every second Thursday at 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., and every third Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., from July 19th through December 20th.
